Graduation Girl

MeMe graduated from preschool last week. The program was so sweet. It's hard to believe that she is big enough to go to kindergarten in a few months. Trust me, though, she thinks that she is big enough. Don't let the sweet smile and tilt of the head fool you...There's a lot of craziness behind that innocent expression.

This Girl Knows Hip Hop

After watching several hip hop classes perform at the dance recital last weekend, Meems has started performing an impromptu hip hop routine for us each night. She wears this black cat baby hat (that she unearthed in her closet) and a "punk" expression, while stomping around in front of the t.v. The nightly hip hop performance is always...um...amusing!

Gymnastics

Today L.B. had her 'show week'. She did great demonstrating some of the skills she has been working on. She did a routine on the floor, balance beam, and the bars.

Play The Music Real Loud

The girls had their dance recital this weekend. It was so much fun! The girls did such a great job. MeMe said something sweet/funny that I want to share. When I was getting her ready for the show, she said, "I asked Mrs. Jane (her teacher) to play the music real loud 'cause my Paw Paw not hear good. He not blind. He just can't hear with his ears." I'm happy to report that the music WAS loud...and Paw Paw could hear. I think everyone had a great time...and the girls were beautiful!
