Its Another Girl..Meet Landry!!!

Everyone please welcome little Landry to our fabulous family!!! Is she not just precious? Joey has found out that he's a dad and has given us another baby to love and we couldn't be more excited! You can look at her and absolutely tell she's a Childree through and through. You know we all can't wait to meet her..You know she will like me best..its a given. ;-) AND so technically speaking Mae is already a granny... :-)

Guess What???

Yes its true!! Rich and Liz AND MAE are having a baby girl!! She just got back from having the ultrasound!! WOOHOO!!! I dont have to tell you how excited Mae is either! :-) Wont another little girl be so much fun?

Aunt Pearl

Tonight the girls and I were talking about our 2008 Grayton Beach trip. We were remembering how we saw so many jellyfish. MeMe said, "I saw alot of seaweed when Aunt Pearl took me out in the water." AK and I laughed and I said, "We don't have an Aunt Pearl in our family." Mallory started to describe a "girl" that wore a white shirt and hat at the beach. AK and I guessed, "Aunt Pris?"

"Yeah, I mean...Aunt Pris!"

No Respect

Mallory drew this picture for me. Before you say,"Oh, how sweet", let me just say that moms get no respect.

I was tucking Mallory into bed tonight, when she said, "I don't like waking up early in the morning." I reminded her that she needed alot of rest so that tomorrow she would be able to work hard and do her best. That's when MeMe delivered the blow...She said, "I guess I'm not gonna be a teacher or dentist when I grow up. I guess I'll just be like you and do nothing."

Moms never have to wake up early, work hard, or do their best!

Crazy For Zhu Zhus

Zhu Zhu hamsters were the "must have/hard to find" toys for 2009. I'm so glad that Santa was able to deliver a few to our house on Christmas Eve. Look at the excitement on MeMe's face! She just knew that Santa would bring her some because (to quote a 5 yr. old), "Santa makes all the toys and he can do anything." Thanks, Santa!
