I would like to introduce..."Mr. Muffins Jones". He is the newest addition to our family. One day, he walked out of the woods (from behind our house) and started meowing at our back door. When he got the kids' attention, they gave him a name, fed him a bowl of cat food, and he's been our cat ever since. Shortly after his arrival, he was neutered and brought up to date on all of his shots. He was even given a collar and i.d. tag from Dorris Anne. She loves all of her "grandcats".
Muffins has a "brother" cat that comes around every week or so. MeMe has named him..."Cupcake". He doesn't stay long when he visits Muffins. We think that Cupcake knows if he hangs around too long...he's taking a trip to see the Vet.

Poor Mr Muffins.... he went from being a wild cat on the prowl to being 'muffins' and being called a 'she'......
I love Mr. Muffins!!!! He looks like he belongs to the Childree cat family!!! Mike says there is a "cat underground" and they tell each other - "go the Childree's they have food and a warm bed"!!! HA!!!

I think you're right about the "underground cat" thing. Somehow they always know exactly which house they need to go to. The same thing happens to Don's mom all the time. She's a cat magnet, too!
Muffins has already trained the kids...
Whenever he wants them, he'll meow...and they'll run to the door!
